CareerClubs is a school based programme designed to guide high school learners towards making informed career decisions and to prepare them for their tertiary studies and/or first career. Learners at participating schools receive work books with activities and important information to prepare them, as well as access to a custom made CareerClub website with a CareerPrep quiz, resources that is updated regularly and a contact form for work shadowing opportunities in their community. Trained CareerClub facilitators are available to guide learners through the whole process, from grade 8 to grade 12 and beyond. The following important aspects of career preparation are included in the CareerClub curriculum:

Explore who you are, Discover career fields, Consider further education, Identify subject requirements, Understand subject information, Identify available courses to study, Apply for further education and Prepare for the transision into tertiary studies or your first year of work.
